THE AMERICAN MORAL PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC DECLARATION

The American Moral People of the Republic of the United States of America recognize that the United States is already the greatest country in the world. This belief is not based on slogans or movements, but on history, sacrifice, and moral foundation. America does not require reinvention. America requires preservation, responsibility, and adherence to the principles that built it.

The American Moral Party was established with the objective of a nation that is 100% Made in America. A nation capable of standing on its own—industrially, economically, and morally. A nation whose products are of such quality that they are sought after worldwide. A nation where Americans set the standard for quality, honor, and accountability.

One People, One Flag

The American Moral Party recognizes that Americans have been divided unnecessarily. When citizens come together as one people—red, white, and blue—America functions as intended. Infrastructure reflects national pride. Streets, bridges, highways, electrical transmission, and pipelines are built to last, built correctly, and built by Americans to standards befitting the 21st century.

The American Moral Party holds that trade must be fair and equal. Trade that disadvantages American workers, industry, or sovereignty is unacceptable. A safe nation does not permit pharmaceutical interests to influence policy to the detriment of public health. A moral nation protects its children from the moment of conception.

Membership in the American Moral Party reflects a commitment to honor, dignity, and consistency in ethics. Moral standards are not situational and do not change with convenience or political pressure.

The American Moral Party stands opposed to tyranny, corruption, and moral decline wherever they appear—at the federal level, the state level, or locally. Liberty, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness remain central, along with the practical opportunity for citizens to achieve and retain the American Dream.

Americans strengthen the nation when they act with shared purpose. The American Moral People acknowledge past mistakes, learn from them, and move forward stronger because of them.

Government & Responsibility

The American Moral Party represents the red, white, and blue. It stands for the defense of the nation, the security of its people, and the maintenance of a military capable of deterring threats and preserving peace. Strength exists to prevent conflict, not to seek it.

Government exists to serve the people. Authority flows from the citizen upward, not the reverse. Special interests do not supersede the will of the people.

The American people generate the wealth of the nation. Fiscal responsibility is therefore mandatory. Budgets must be balanced. Currency must not be debased. Agreements must be honored. National power is sustained through discipline, peace, and energy independence grounded in domestic resources.

Founding History: The American Moral Party was founded on March 20, 2012, by an American who was persecuted, against whom lawfare was first applied years before it later became publicly recognized. The American Moral People were revealed to him through the Spirit of God in 2012 and were presented to We the People of the United States of America. Its purpose is continuity—ensuring that the foundational principles of the Republic are not lost through neglect, distortion, retaliation, or compromise.

The Cost of Being the "Boy Scout"

If America is to remain the world’s Boy Scout—if we are expected to protect NATO nations and stand in defense of those not strong enough to protect themselves—then this must be understood clearly: this protection is not free.

It costs the American people hundreds of billions of dollars to build and maintain the warships, the aircraft, the logistical systems, and the global infrastructure that secure our partners and preserve peace. These systems exist because Americans paid for them.

U.S. OVERSEAS MILITARY SPENDING (SINCE 1971)

Since the United States left the gold standard in 1971, America has spent approximately $17 to $23.5 trillion maintaining military bases outside the United States. This represents the cost of operating a worldwide military footprint.

  • ~750 overseas bases and facilities
  • $3.5–$4.5 trillion in manpower & payroll
  • $5.0–$7.0 trillion in equipment (aircraft, ships, vehicles)
  • $2.0–$3.0 trillion in logistics (sealift, airlift, fuel)

This is why change is necessary. Nations that benefit from American protection must pay their fair share. Until America is solvent again, the system remains broken. Responsibility must be restored before generosity can continue.

Once America regains fiscal discipline—once budgets are balanced, obligations are honored, and the nation is no longer operating in deficit—then the American people will once again share directly in the strength they have funded. That is where the dividend begins.

The 10 Foundational Laws

These are not slogans. They are governing constraints—designed to keep the Republic intact, solvent, moral, and free.

1. Law of Constitutional Supremacy

The Constitution and Bill of Rights are the highest authority. No agency, court, corporation, or foreign body may supersede them.

2. Law of Moral Accountability

Public office is a position of trust. Corruption, coercion, and lawfare against citizens are crimes against the Republic.

3. Law of National Solvency

The federal government must operate on balanced budgets over the cycle. Currency debasement and unchecked debt are acts of theft against the people.

4. Law of Fair Trade or No Trade

Trade must benefit American workers and sovereignty. If it does not, it does not occur.

5. Law of National Production

Essential goods—energy, food, medicine, infrastructure, and defense—must be produced domestically or under American control.

6. Law of Corporate Restraint

Corporations may not dictate public policy or ideology. Their role is to build products and services the people want, not to govern society.

7. Law of Biological Reality

Public policy is grounded in objective biological reality. Law does not redefine nature.

8. Law of Cultural Assimilation

Immigration requires lawful entry and assimilation to American civic culture, constitutional order, and shared responsibility.

9. Law of Equal Justice

Laws apply equally to citizens and officials alike. No protected classes, no selective prosecution, no political immunity.

10. Law of Peace Through Strength

America maintains unmatched defensive strength to preserve peace, protect allies, and deter conflict—while requiring fair contribution from those who benefit.
